Henry Molded Products uses solar energy at our headquarters in Lebanon, PA and our Piedmont, SC facility.

Since our beginning in 1962, Henry Molded Products has continuously been on the forefront of sustainability with our 100% recycled/recyclable, biodegradable products. Each day we manufacture many tons of environmentally-friendly products for use in countless packaging applications. We employ solar panels to help with energy usage, and have manufacturing methods that all contribute to our sustainability goals.

Our Methods

We use 100% recycled pre- and post-consumer paper, cardboard, and other selected papers in our pulp mixtures. We also reprocess virtually all the water used in the manufacturing process. But we don’t stop there! Learn more about our manufacturing process here.

Due to our high manufacturing standards for our products, we also pride ourselves on our efficient sustainability measures. Our environmentally conscious methods have allowed us to remain competitive for over 50 years.

Since 2010, we have been utilizing solar panels at our headquarters in Lebanon, PA. And in 2017, we began harnessing solar energy at our Piedmont, SC facility. Using solar panels, we are able to reduce our energy output.

As we continue innovating and inventing new products, we will also develop new methods to contribute to our sustainability goals. It’s our commitment to our customers and the environment.
